PATHETIC. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
$8 dollar fee to cash a $150 check drawn from their own bank.
Everytime we come here, lines are at least this long...switching to another bank and hoping someone can do better than this. 10 people in front of us...ridiculous, regardless of time of day.
Worst Customer service. All 1 star reviews are true indeed.
By the way, finished this review while teller was "waiting for approval" to make the transaction.
It's unfortunate you can't give less than one star. They don't even offer drive- thru service on Saturday so you have to go in to the miles long line. Maybe execs should get off their bums and roll up their sleeves to help the one teller on duty.
Hate this bank with a passion. Worst customer service. They close early which makes it impossible to take care of anything. Charge fees for everything and anything.
