Dated. The whole facility is dated and is in need of upgrades from furniture seating, to showroom. There are vacant areas of the showroom and dated decor. The new cars inside look out of place and odd. Minimal refreshments- free or paid...

I just purchased my second vehicle from Auto Nation and I'm thrilled once again! Great service and great price! In fact, I was originally working with another dealership, but they just kept changing the price. So I finally went back to this dealership and told them what I was looking for and the price I wanted and literally I was done, signed the papers, and out the door in less than one hour! Ask for Jessie! He was awesome! Negotiated everything over text and then came in on his day off, stayed after the dealership closed since I couldn't get there until it closed at 8, and was a gem through the entire process! He delivered on every aspect I wanted!

No chance in a walk-in appointment here. The shop is just too busy. That’s good because they are wanting to repair your car and get it back to you so they have room for the next car. Repairs are comparable to any other Ford dealership. Staff is professional and eager.
