My experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car off Teel Pkwy in Frisco is fantastic to say the least. From Adam, Jen, Lindsey to the guys that clean the cars they are a great team. Their customer service is impeccable and if I have any issues they resolve them in a matter of minutes. I have never once experience anything bad while renting cars from this location. They have met my needs without any issues. Their friendliness and professionalism is also outstanding. We have bonded more into a friendship over the past year and that's why I continue to go there when I need a vehicle. Enterprise has done well with this branch and that's because of the people who work there!
We have rented cars from this location for more than 3 years. Every single person we have come in contact with has been friendly and 'bent over backwards' to help us get the vehicle needed for our rentals. Even when I was ready to throw in the towel, they kept calm and found the vehicles before pick up time. Professional and friendly is the entire staff. Hands down, one of the best Enterprise locations ever!!!!!
I had reserved a car for the weekend and when I went to the location to pick my car . The employee named Mathew refused to rent me the car unless I bought a insurance with them . I told him that I have a insurance provided by my credit card . And I even enquired the customer care and they told me that it’s not necessary to buy a insurance with the Enterprise to rent a car . But he still refused to rent me the car unless I buy a insurance. In a helpless situation I bought the insurance with them . I being a platinum member with Enterprise rented the car several times but never faced this kind of situation. Is this the service you provide to your platinum customer by putting him in a helpless situation and making him to buy the insurance??? I will never visit this location again... worst service I had ever came across
The service offered by Enterprise in Frisco, TX was exceptional. they picked me up at the house. Since the car reserved for me had a tire issue they upgraded me. The staff was friendly and helpful. I plan to rent here when I am in need of a vehicle.
Over and over I am picked up late. They have never picked me up BEFORE my rental starts. I even called this time to confirm a pick up time 30 mins prior so I can be out the door by a little after my appt. Most of the cars I have gotten are always in a poorer condition than I expect (inside and out) and sound like they are about to fall apart. I had to use them this last time was because I had no choice with having to use my insurance. I still prefer their competitor with better selections. However at least they are friendly, which is plus.
