I'm a fan of Old Navy in general. Staff here can be pretty dismissive of the customers and the checkout line is ridiculous at times (slow, slow, slow cashier's). I don't think the prices are that bad, and if you've ever been in one of these stores then you've pretty much seen them all.
I shop at Old Navy. Not just at one location but at many depending where I happen to be at the time. Have shopped at the Galleria Mall Dallas location for many years and they move their lines quickly and are always friendly plus they pack up my purchase nicely. Flash to the one in Frisco. Went there on a peak Saturday before Thanksgiving where the lines are long to get their great deals on t-shirts and the like. As I was paying I noticed the cashier stuffing my purchase of 5 shirts and cardigans into a bag. I got into the car and saw every item was completely wrinkled due the way it was shoved into the plastic shopping bag. I realize the cashiers are in a hurry but how long does it take to do a quick fold of items? Does not have to be perfect but common! Management take heed in training your employees to fold items! I don't want to get home and find all my items winkled to the max where i have to iron or steam them when they were not like that before the purchase. I have worked retail and want customers to be happy with what I do with their purchase. I guess there is little pride in the small things anymore.
Seriously the worst experience EVERY time we come here. Lines for 30 minutes with minimal front line help. I'm done
Great for kids clothes but not so good for men.
Old Navy is one of my favorite places for jeans or cheaper clothes, but won't be coming back after seeing a manager named Richelle being unnecessarily mean and talking down her employees infront of everyone.
