You’ll be here a while easy the people at the window have no sense of urgency
I have been calling since 11 am today , sitting on hold for 30 min+ being disconnected and hung up on multiple times and have left messages and not recieved a call back. Not sure who you hire to work at your offices but this is a joke.
People try paying in pennies and they refuse. They have to accept 100% legal tender CASH
They literally don't even care. 3 people working windows 4 people waiting took over an hour to be seen. Also online payment website doesn't work hasn't been fixed in 2 months. Sloppy. Expected more for a nice city.
Terrible wait times, poor upkeep, and rude staff. It's unfortunate that this is the only municipal court that I had access to.
