When I entered I was greeted by a very sweet voice with a lot of warmth and while checking out I met the same lovely girl who was very helpful and nice and her name is Peyton I hope her manager appreciates or promotes her to a next level 5 star for her service at Kohls
It took 20 minutes for Paul to get to the counter. Then he gave me a plethora of reasons why I couldn’t buy a Citizen Promaster. They were probably legitimate however he made me feel that I was nothing more than a nuisance.

Several departments had clothes thrown about in piled I had to pick through. Sizes on the hanger were not correct size of shorts. Hardly any women's short were long enough to reach close to my knees. And the final mess up was the older woman ringing me up. I got an "uh huh" and "sure" when saying thank you for her help on a few things. It's not hard to say, "you're welcome."
