It was 9:30 pm so I realize that Lowes is short staffed but just wanted to purchase 3 Blue Rhino tanks and leave. The 1 checker was too busy teaching a couple how to put in flooring that he couldn't be bothered to check us out. Went to customer service, they had to find the person who had the key to open the bin with the tanks. He was busy riding around on the motorized shopping cart. When the one active Lowes employee managed to flag him down, he went to pull the tanks. Still no one would check us out. Asked the person who had the outside bin key how we could purchase and he acted stupefied as to us wanting to pay for our product and leave! Finally we just left without the tanks. The two stars are for the one employee who tried to help us. Otherwise I would have given them 1 star.
This place is trash. One guy who works outside was actually inside working circles around the others (tried to call and get his name but they didn't answer the phone) save your time and go to Home Depot in Eldorado for a friendlier more knowledgeable staff and a wider product selection. Although this location didn't have everything I needed to finish my project I was going to check out but the checkout staff at the self check out registers was far too rude. I decided to pay for a bag of chips that we had while shopping and chose to leave the rest of my order at the register.
Instock here is better than average. I normally have to make more than one stop to get all the materials I need for a project but today, in and out with no additional stops needed. Friendly staff and engaging management.
Bought a new refrigerator at the Lowe's in Frisco. The ice maker doesn't work. I have called several times and talked to store personnel and they keep promising that "someone" will contact me and correct the problem. 6 days later, I still have no ice maker and no one will even attempt to help us out. I only want what we paid for...a refrigerator with a working ice maker. Today I will contact the corporate office and also take to social media if not corrected. I am very disappointed. I should have gone to Home Depot, which I will from now on.
