I have to say I was a little nervous to have my surgery here, based upon some of the reviews, but I have had a wonderful experience and everyone has been amazing and attentive. I have had Teresa, Rebecca, Bekah and Minh so far as my nurses and they are all just so sweet, my admittance nurse was awesome as well but I forgot her name she was able to get my IV in on the 1st try and that never happens!! My pain is managed properly and concerns addressed, they even provided me a toothbrush! I have had several surgeries in the last year alone and they have really gone above and beyond here!!!

**** Update****
My wife had surgery at this facility 10 months ago. I paid the estimate amount before the surgery. The estimate ended up very high. The hospital acknowledges I overpaid, but 10 months later and numerous calls later, I still can't get my money back from them. Do NOT give them a dime you are not required to.
My wife had to visit Baylor Scott and white ER for stomach pain. They did an abdomen CT with contrast, ultrasound and couple of basic blood work and could not find anything, so they release her in a few hours without any exact finding or possible cause or solution. Couples of doctors/nurses try to diagnose her by symptoms, but they had no clue and they just send her back. After that my wife told my mom about her symptoms and my mom (who never went to even college – just house wife whole life) right away told her what it would be and it was exactly what it was. Now hospital sent us total bill of over $20,000! They are charging customer over 20K for which they completely failed to diagnose anything. They are charging outrageous for any test or procedure, for example they charged me over 9k for a single CT scan. I checked and national average for a CT scan in USA is less than 1k. Same thing for all other procedures/test they did. They are charging 10 times more than national average cost for same procedure and after that they cannot diagnose any simple thing or even think of doing correct blood work by hearing to patient complain to find a problem. I am very disappointed with their ability to diagnose anything by hearing to symptom and their costs for any procedure. I tried to negotiate any discount they can give on that bill and they told me that they cannot.
This was the worst experience by far. The nurses and doctor had zero compassion was very cold and uncaring for my extremely high level of pain. The doctor told me you don’t come to the hospital you need to see your doctor. You only come for strokes and heart attacks. I had them remove my IV tap and left. I could get better care and treatment from an ER center. I see why they have so many 1 stars.
My wife went to have a kidney stone removed at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Centennial Hospital. After surgery they sent her to a recovery room. Shortly after she arrived in the recovery area her nurse began to try and rush her out of the hospital. My wife's surgery had been pushed behind that day and was running late and apparently that interfered with a party the nurse was trying to get to. The recovery room nurse woke her up after about 30 minutes and kept trying to rush her out of the hospital. My wife couldn't even walk. The nurse kept asking her to get dressed, but again my wife couldn't walk. My wife, incoherent, said that she was nauseous, and had to go to the bathroom. They brought her a wheel chair, wheeled her in and then walked out, leaving her in there by herself. I quickly went in after her to help. Once in the bathroom, she began to vomit uncontrollably. She was very confused and didn't know where she was. Meanwhile, the nurse knocked on the bathroom door, and brought her her clothes so that she could get dressed to leave. I explained to her that she was vomiting uncontrollably, and couldn't even walk. I asked her how she was supposed to leave in that condition? We got her back into the wheelchair, and rolled her out to her recovery bay, where we found her bed missing. The nurse said she didn't need it any more and would be fine. Shortly thereafter the nurse again kept trying to get her to stand, all the while my wife is beginning to turn white due to dehydration. 15 minutes later, an hour after my wife had been in recovery, still vomiting, still dehydrated, still in a wheelchair. The nurse said she had to go to her husbands birthday party and then left. There was only one other nurse in the recovery unit, and she spent her whole time with another patient. My wife sat in a recovery bay, in a wheel chair, dehydrating, passing out, and vomiting for 55 minutes before the other nurse finally started to do something. It to me hounding her for her to finally pay attention. And when I asked if she could get something for the nausea, and get a bed. She just sat there and looked confused. I began to take pictures and document everything, at which time, she freaked out and began to act. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!!! THEY ARE INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
