Worst customer service. I was charged extra amount after cancelling the policy and they reported that through credit collections. They didn't even inform me through call or email. A notice was directly sent to my address. After paying the due amount, when i asked for the proof of payment to report that to credit collectors, the guy arrogantly responded saying that we cannot give that you anymore. Worst customer service ever. I would never recommend this insurance to anyone. State-farm and and Geico are way better.
