All I am saying is that IF baristas have to wear hats for MINIMAL food handling, then So do Bartenders and Servers, because when it comes to "handling food" we baristas handle if not less, then as much as a bartender and/or server do.
Perhaps its the Boobs and a nice pay off thats making them turn a blind eye to them. *shrug*
I've been a barista in Frisco for a long while. The hat rule... Ok for sure, they make a good case, we serving "food" and "drinks" and how "hair is a health hazard"
THEY ARE HANDLING OPEN PLATES WITH FOOD AND MAKING DRINKS NOT ONLY HAT-LESS BUT ALSO IN LINGERIE OR IN A BIKINI!!!!!....and you worried about a Baristas making coffee?
So what about your bartenders and servers up in Hooters, Twin Peeks or Wild Pitch?
