Upset with being ignored by staff when trying to purchase tickets and then the two guys checking tickets were too involved in their conversation to say anything except (theater 12 to your left).
Then another came to help but he was only doing the premier people Awesome. So, as we all die of old age we watch 4, yes 4 employees refill the coke machines on one end. By the time I purchased my cup they had moved to the other end, and had all 4 coke machines down. Men’s room had one of three urinals down and no paper towels. Put yourself in the shoes of the customer and make this a great experience not a dismal one.
Good place to hangout with friends and plus you get to shop after you finish watching the movie, but the price is high and when I went there one of the employee was rude. The employee in the box office just said in an unenthusiastic way and just handed me the ticket. The employee also wasn't in the box office when I got there, so I went passed it, cause I didn't know what to do. Then the employee told me to go back the other side, so I had to go back to buy the ticket and it was such a hassle. Overall, it was pretty good. I mean the food is amazing and great movies.
Here Air Conditioner never works in side the theater. I have complained them every time. But this time I lost my Wallet in Screen 24. I forgot in a cup-holder and came back in 15 min after movie and didnt find it. I asked them next day morning too. I lost all my ID cards and important documents. Its ridiculous! what people can do with others wallet, just putting me in to serious pain.
Then stand in concession line. Really one guy working his ass off. David. Give the guy a raise. He stayed diligently working while 2, yes, 2 people sweeped between the line and the counter. That is one clean floor... not. There was a second cashier but with the line growing from 10 to 15 to 20 people she left. A break?
Good grief. Where is the management of this place. Tried to see a 230 show on a Sunday. If you want to compete with Netflix you need to step up your game. 4 kiosks for ticket purchases. 2 were not on. The one I used had a broken printer so I still had to stand in line for tickets. One ticket cashier. One.
I've been to this theater a number of times. It's probably the lousiest theater in town. First of all, go to any Cinemark, and they have full recliners & reserved seating, for the same price as the nasty old cloth seats here. Second, they used to allow people to carry in candy from the attached mall, but now they don't. They rudely forced me and my wife to leave for bringing it in too. Third, they aren't 30.06 friendly, even though the rest of the mall is.
Melanie (or Melody, I'm kinda hard of hearing) at concessions was very sweet and professional. The only nice person we spoke to the entire time. And she was extremely helpful.
This place is way behind the times, about the only thing they have going for it is that they're attached to a mall, and they know it. I know every theater does the whole "No outside food" game where you're supposed to stash it in your purse, but a simple looking the other way when we put it in a purse should be sufficient. Don't waste your money here, go to a nicer theater with reserved seating, recliners, & cleaner facilities.
