Such a cool place to get away for a while without having to drive for hours. The park is well-maintained and the prices are very reasonable. Take the family for a Saturday and enjoy lake views, covered picnic tables and grills for a nice get together. Campers can choose from primitive sites with plenty of spots to hang the hammock and start a campfire, as well as RV spots that have water and electricity available. I haven't rented the cabins but there are more and more to choose from every time I go.

Nice park with well maintained spaces. We took a view of the lake. May not be worth the extra money. Otherwise everything is well run and the staff is friendly. I do wish the spaces had more privacy.

Love this place...just watch out for fire ants if your camping in the primitive area. As would be expected, the items in the Marina store are extraordinarily expensive. You pay for convenience, though. Very well maintained and gorgeous setting!

Came here for the Holiday weekend with the family. Surprisingly not too many people when we went there. We rented out a jet ski for an hour which was so much fun, but I personally thought was expensive. Over 100 dollars for 1hr if jet ski. That's sounds fine at first, but when you want to come back and do it again it adds up.

Walked in without any reservation and got in. No designated sites, just occupy what is available. Clean primitive camp area. Views are just ok compared to some larger camping areas on other lakes. Too close to the marina (I consider that as a negative). Can't drive up to the campsite, but parking is close enough. Bathrooms are surprisingly clean. 3 pm ckeck-in and 12 pm check-out. Safe for families. People were boating, kayaking, fishing, so activities keep you occupied. Start a camp fire anywhere around your site as long as it is in a makeshift stone fire pit.
