As per the "response from owner" no one ever contacted me. We ended up going through the BBB because we couldn't get an answer back from the store... and again, no resolution. Complete joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Very friendly experience and the staff was welcoming. Remembered us from our couple days back brisk visit. Provided with all the information and was courteous and shared the information in details. Which made us select and bring along with us a new member in the family. We all enjoyed the experience and surely will go back for all our pet needs

Not a single person has still contacted me. No email responses. NOTHING! This is outrageous. My puppy is still SICK and sadly now is having breathing treatments done. This place is ridiculous!

I highly recommend get your next puppy from this frisco petland. They have puppy from almost all breeds. All puppy are healthy and have a great maintenance. They also employee a veterinarian who she take care of puppy and check them to make sure they are healthy.

Never again! My family and I bought a puppy there on May 29. In the 2 weeks we have had him; we've been back and forth to the vet several times (at least 6) due to him being so sick. He's been on 5 different medications to try helping. After the 1st week, I tried calling the store. Asked for a manager, no one working. I knew I was wasting my time chatting with an employee, but I voiced my concerns anyway. I was told someone would call me... never happened. Called again 2 days later; same scenario. I have now emailed the customer service email (yesterday) and again, I have yet to have anyone respond. The amount of money you spend is NOT worth the time you have to spend going back and forth to the vet (missing work) and the lack of communication back from the store.

Very busy and hard to pick out a puppy on Saturday. We purchased a poodle for $2200 that had pneumonia. They said they couldn't do anything about it because we live in Fort Worth and didn't drive back there to their veterinarian. Pretty disappointed but very sweet puppy.

Thank you to the team at Petland! My wife and I had just arrived in Dallas for a family wedding, and were on our way to buy the wedding gift when we saw Petland and decided to stop. After visiting with Kelly and viewing the puppies we decided we wanted to move forward, but being out of state we were not sure how to make it happen. Kelly and her manager Jake (?) were super helpful, and went the extra effort to get health certificates for travel, as well as offering to open the store early on a Sunday to accommodate our travel schedule. We couldn't be happier, and Betsy (our new Boston Terrier puppy) is a great addition to our family!
