Tracking said out for delivery and was never delivered. Hours are set so people who work 9-5 jobs can't contact them.
Decent size facility with 2 self-service kiosk. The staff is helpful and try to service as fast as possible. Parking lot is big and easy to park. You can spot it right from the street.
My mail had not been delivered for 2 weeks. I went here and they got my mail saying the carrier claimed my mailbox was blocked. I showed them a picture of my road and mailbox...nothing within 100 feet. The man at the desk sincerely apologized and said if it happens again, send him a picture and they will confront the driver. He was polite and helpful and I appreciate his willingness to solve the problem.
Lots and lots of trouble recently. I've been regularly receiving mail from previous residents that I've had removed from my mail list and came back from my vacation with lots of mail from an address that wasn't even similar! Not good.
I went here to drop off some packages and to get some stamps. The workers were rude and extremely unhelpful. I'm really not impressed.
