I've had fantastic experiences at Petsense. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I adopted my cat there and have taken both my dogs for grooming. Shayla was amazing with them!
My concern is why did the groomer lie. If she would of told me what the manager told me I would of said ok and thanked her for not putting him under more stress. Now I'm questioning if she was mean to him and that is why he was so frightened when the manager tried to assist her. Also don't you think Lexi would of told her boss he tried to buy?!?
Amanda the pet groomer was amazing with our boy Snicker's.
Took pets to the Vet at this store. Both the Vet clinic (mobile) and the store were very good. The prices for food and supplies can't be beat!
I will not be back and don't recommend this place to anyone.
I know my pups. If she would of told me my lil girl got aggressive I would if apologized and been embarrassed because well she can be a sassy lil thing. Neither of them has even bitten a stranger or had issues at a groomer. My lil girl can get carried away with playing to aggressively but has never broken skin or caused pain. Keep in mind she is a tiny pug only weighing 14 pounds.

As I was checking out the manager told me how great they were and said Lexi couldn't get Mr. Grams nails trimmed. She then told me she tried to help but he was nervous and they didn't want to scare him. I asked if he got aggressive and she said no but he cried and looked frightened. Now this sounds like my boy.
I took my two pugs here for a bath, and nail trim. When I picked them up the groomer told me she was not able to cut my little boys nails. That he got aggressive and tried to bit her. I thought that was strange but believed her. After all he is a dog and doesn't like me to cut his nails but is always been okay with strangers doing it.
