I really can't say enough good things about this store and it's staff. Brought one of my Mavic mountain bike wheels in with a broken spoke. The manager, Ryan, not only replaced the spoke but he went the next step to contact Mavic about the hub. Turns out the hub had a faulty design and needed to be replaced. Sun and Ski saved me some serious money! Thank you Ryan for going the extra mile and taking great care of me!
Overall ... it's been said before but the staff here is beyond knowledgeable. They care about what they know ... so they are more incline to help you understand what you can and may not be able to achieve. I shop in store and online ...

Great experience purchasing a very nice mtb race bike on 10/24/17! Brian Smith took time and patience to review options and explain the Orbea line of products. I test rode several bikes and the Orbea OIZ came to the top. They fitted me for the bike. The experience was awesome!
I rode the new bike the very next day and was elated to be able to ride a bike that fit me well.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR BIKE REPAIRS. I brought in a new bike to get the shifts fixed. They tried to fix the bike 3 times and they couldnt. I asked them if they could look at it again and they refused;they said the bike was working perfectly. IT WAS NOT. I asked for a refund and they were very disrespectful and made rude comments about me. if you need a repair go to Richardson Bike Mart, i went there right after they messed my bike up and they even fixed it for free. Richardson is more expensive but they actually have experience.
Great store where you know you will get your questions answered! Went out of their way to ensure that we had all that we needed. Personal service with a smile.
