It’s a great Apple Store. I don’t know what everyone is complaining about. The employees are friendly and the Genius Bar people do a good job from my visits. I will admit that it can get really busy and it can be hard to find an employee that isn’t already helping someone. Note that this Apple Store is in a very large mall with a massive amount of people. If you go during a busy time, this store will be busy.
Very unprofessional, poor service especially with Andy and the store manager, they wast my time. They refuse to help me to purchase Mac Mini. I did Called apple 1800 customer service they recommend me to go to Plano store and conduct purchase order survey. I did purchase from Willow Bend Store they are "very customer friendly, professional, respectful", "very happy with their service". I wish if I could give a half star to Stonebriar Apple Store what a horrible experience. my advise don't wast your time their!!!!!!!!
Arrogant snobs who expect you to open your wallet and take however much money they feel like taking for repairs. Always want u to just buy a replacement instead of fixing their flawed hardware. A root canal at the dentist would be a more pleasant experience than working with an Apple "Genius"
As soon as I walked in no one approached me. I saw 3 sale reps that did not approach me. I had to break a conversation with two sales reps that I could here. There conversation should not be taking place while on the clock. Shelly was more worried about her friends/co-workers personal life and kept asking them about what they were going to do on there day off and they should meet up. She did this when checking me out and almost forgot to ask me how I would like my receipt. I have tons of apple products and I love technology, but they hire kids that do not know how to be professional. I will not return to this location.
Went to buy an apple watch and air pod. The guy who supposed to help came 15 minutes later and then disappeared. finally caught another sales person who called another person who seems to have no interest to sales anything. I asked few question about the new apple watch that he choose not to answer. I step out without buy those items.I had been several time that store last 3 years and buy so many thing every year, never had such bad experience. hope they will look to improve their customer service back again.
