I love Best Buy but their Pacific Kitchen and Home department is a joke! 6 staff members standing around NOT helping anyone but socializing amongst themselves. I was in the appliance area for a good 30 minutes and NOT once was I asked if I had questions or if I needed assistance. Standing around socializing will make you loose business. We are now headed to Nebraska Furniture, where I know someone can help answer my questions for the three appliances I am in the process of buying. A sad moment for me as I never thought I would buy anywhere else.

Had to do all my file transfers with them and even though expensive, got the job done.

Bb you now have more competition and wont last treating your customers this way. Especially with amazon nebraska furniture mart selling the same products as you with BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

I have to say finding the right copy of a classic anniversary edition of Blade Runner Final Cut is tough. FRISCO BEST BUY had only two copies and nowhere on the floor. I had a team of individuals in the entertainment section that tracked it down seriously some Avengers level customer service and teamwork. They took time to track the SKU, locate where it might be in the back and had my copy. Shout out def to all and Tyler and Ernest for great follow through!

You cant get anyone to answer the phone. The overall bb experience is horrible. Their systems dont interface with the other and they transfer you from dept. To dept and no one has authority to do anything.

Would say that it is pricey though, I would go online when time allows to buy open box options instead, and Geek Squad services personally I think are too expensive for some of the services they offer.

One day my old laptop decided to just die on me, so I came to this best buy needing a new laptop, pronto. Usually I do thorough research on laptops to see which one is better and what specs they have, but didn't have a chance this time around.

This best buy has higher quality stuff than most. It is a very good store.

When I got there, staff was welcoming, and the sales associate that helped me pick out my new laptop was very informative and clear. Love my new laptop.
