An excellent experience well worth the entrance fee. The place itself isn't very large but it has plenty to look at. Tons of interactive experiences and video games to play with a great arcade section. If you are a long time video game lover or even if you're new to the world of gaming, there's plenty for you to love. 10/10 would come again.
What an awesome place! My brother loves history and especially the history of video games. I just like a bit of video games here and there but we both had a good time. Its very interactive and you can play old arcade games at the end.
This place did not disappoint! They take videogames back to the very beginning even before the gaming systems we know today. They even had a giant pong game and it ends with a legit 1980s arcade with all the best uprights. Better add this to your bucket list!
I personally like this place growing up in late 70s and 80s. Seeing all the game systems was really cool. My kids also liked playing the old video games too. I t is nice thus place is right next door to the science museum too. Made a good hit for my kids
The National Videogame Museum, Frisco, is a wonderful site to visit if you are interested in videogames, their history, and especially if you have played a few consoles and early to "golden era" games! There are various stages as part of the museum detailing different eras of the industry, all very informative, but easy going. Oh and there's a wonderful arcade full of classic machines! All in all, well worth the entrance fee. My wife and I love it so much... we got married here!
