I happened to meet Chris Cox as he was on my neighbor's roof as I pulled into the driveway one day. He simply asked if we'd had anyone look at our roof since the big hail storm. He volunteered to immediately take a look and started the process of our roof replacement. Chris was quick, knowledgeable, trustworthy and always seemed readily available to us throughout the project. Now that we've wrapped up, I wanted to thank Chris for making a complicated process so pain free and easy. I would recommend Authority Roofing and Chris COX to anyone needing roof repairs.
I highly recommend using Authority Roofing Company as a one-stop shop of all aspects of works that caused by hail damages. Authority Roofing sent Chris Cox, project manager, to me and I discussed with him my concerns and timing of a project. He handled and managed the entire project very professionally. This project included a whole new roof replacement with new roof vents and new roof fittings, new gutters, and new downspouts. He also managed the window glass and screen replacement, fence power washing and staining, and A/C compressor coil combing. Chris was very quick to respond to texts and really followed through with scheduling to suit my needs. His crew arrived on time and they covered my shrubs, flower beds, and pouches with traps to make sure that there was no damage to them before they started roof job. They even covered my two central A/C compressor units with a special meshed-cloth trap to allow my central A/C system run during the roof work. The crew’s clean up was very good. It took two and half weeks to complete the entire project after I signed the contract. All in all, I had a lot of roofers to choose from but felt comfortable moving forward with Authority Roofing and Chris with his crew.
I wish the system would allow me to rank higher than 5 stars for Authority Roofing - that is how great our experience was! We recently had our roof replaced by Authority Roofing and it was a first class experience from beginning to end. Authority Roofing was on point from the beginning. They made sure to give us an accurate estimate and they were there to meet with the insurance inspector. On the day of the service, they were on time and their team worked hard in the heat. They were extremely clean - making sure all items including nails were picked up during and after the process. They even contacted Direct TV for us to have them re-attach our satellite dish and they met them for us. WOW. And Authority Roofing followed up with us several times to ensure we were happy with the service. This experience was 100% better than the last time we had a roof replaced (with another company that we would never recommend!). And our insurance adjuster told us that working with Authority Roofing was the best experience THEY (the insurance adjuster) had ever had. A special thank you to our account manager, Monica Lucas, for treating us with first class service. And a tip of the hat to all the employees - every single person we met or talked to was focused on great service, great communication and a great experience. We highly recommend this company.
I was impressed with the professionalism with which Authority handled this project. We had a couple of weather delays in getting the roof replacement started, but they stayed in regular contact with us to keep us informed. Our manager was knowledgeable about construction processes and materials. A project manager was on site at all times. Inspection of the attic interior was made before starting and after completion to insure all vent stacks were in place. Roof replacement, gutters and covers were completed as promised.
We are extremely pleased with our service from Authority Roofing! Kenny and Branden went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was done efficiently and correctly. They went to bat with our insurance company too so that no detail was missed. We were also fortunate enough to be able to provide a meal for them and their crew during the day that the bulk of our roofing work was done. I would really encourage people to do this if they have the means because it meant the world to them and was really fun for us to be able to show them our gratitude and appreciation for their work. We’ll definitely be recommending them to our neighbors and friends as they had great quality in both materials and labor and our roof looks great! Thanks guys!
