Couldn't be more happy! I contacted Elevated Roofing since my Roofer contact wouldn't call me back... I am only trying to close on the sale of a home here! Elevated Roofing listened to my issue, took my information, and promised to have a technician call me back. The technician (Curtis) contacted me and asked me some questions so that he fully understood the situation. This was on a Friday afternoon and most companies tell you they will call you back on Monday. Turns out I had a Monday Morning Appointment with Curtis who showed up promptly and got the job done! Great work, very nice and professional, even talked as he worked. Great Guy! Great Company! Great Experience! Will be calling Elevated Roofing for all future needs! You should too - you can't miss them either, I see their trucks all over the Frisco area, must mean something huh?!!!
Sean Lenard and Elevated Roofing did a great job for us after hail did a number on our roof. This is our third house and hail has damaged the roofs on all three. Getting quality work is of course my main concern. After that, it's making sure that the roofer will commit to correcting any mishaps. Elevated Roofing has a team in place for any issues or accidents by their workers and they respond, repair or replace with no problems. Other roofers I've used in the past try to figure out ways NOT to fix things. [ex: was it already like that? That looks like it's been that way for a while. We didn't really work much in that area.] Not these guys. They do exactly what I wanted. Give me a good looking, quality roof. And If you break something, fix it. Hail will be back. Why would I ever use anyone else? Go with them or wish you had.
My experience with Elevated Roofing was excellent from start to finish! Don Lapp was so helpful when it came to dealing with the insurance company and the crew did amazing work. My insurance company initially low balled my repair costs and the staff at Elevated roofing fought with them until we got almost twice what they had originally offered. They also did my gutters and they look awesome! I could not have asked for more in terms of the quality of the work and the service from their staff. I will never use another roofing company and will highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs.
