They're very transparent and show you exactly what the parts and labor will cost. They will tell you exactly what your vehicle needs. Fair prices and quality work will make me a life time customer.
I needed a front drive axle replaced and an alignment on my Altima. I called an made an appointment for the next day. I am new in town so I checked their reviews on Angie's List and Google. They have many good reviews and this will be another good review. They fixed my car the day of the appointment, they have competitive prices, and are very courteous and professional. I will use them again. They also checked another issue on the car for a small extra charge. This auto repair shop is good, I recommend them.
WAS my go-to automotive shop. HIDDEN FEES!! No up-front communication or indication about charges. This place changed from a customer centric shop to a business that is becoming OVER-PRICED and is UNDERHANDED. I would highly recommend you NEVER USE ld automotive for any type of repair.

These guys are family to me. I've been going to them since 11 and my folks have been going longer than that. They treat everyone like a best friend. They talk to the car owners respectfully not like they are some moron. They listen. More than once they have put my car on the rack so I could walk around and look underneath it. Jake, Aaron, and Jonas lead a great team down there. I can't wait to have a classic for them to work on.
