The crew here has literally saved me from headaches over and over again! They deserve more than 5 stars in my opinion. They are always going above and beyond with their customers. Every time I'm there they are so busy, but this never prevents them from being professional, friendly, and helpful! Took in my 535i for servicing at 80,000 miles. This includes oil change fluid top up's tire rotation, air filters replacement amongst other items. Total quote $300.
They used to be awesome. Those days are gone. I called on a Wednesday asking for an appointment to service my Audi. The manager, Mo, lectured me on how busy they are. He then said to come in first thing Friday morning and leave my car there. I went in 9:30 Friday morning and was told that “it’s not first thing in the morning. I cannot help you.” I was shown the door and given a very condescending “apology.” These people have become complacent, arrogant, and rude. And they aren’t that busy. They are short-staffed. Big difference.
I have taken a few of our cars here and they have always been reasonable and honest as well as easy to work with. You can't ask for more than that! I highly recommend them any car repair.
They just did oil change/filter replacement. Charged me $35 dollars less.
Either these guys don't know what they are doing or cutting corners. Not going back
