Had an enjoyable experience for my cleaning with Dr. Nguyen and his dental assistant Taniya. They were very friendly and the staff took care of me quickly with minimal wait time.
I have been their patient for over 2 years now and since day one they have been the most supportive, professional and by far the most understanding and concerned team of professionals! Most importantly Dr. Brenda Appiah and Ms. Kathy and Taniya and Aris and the rest of the team! Dr. Appiah and her team have truly given me an opportunity to achieve my dental goals by providing excellent treatments and also working with my finances in a timely manner. Service has always been simple convenient efficient and literally from start to finish nothing but SMILES! (even on the achey visits) Dr. Appiah I can’t thank you enough for all your consistent support and accommodations and expertise advice!! You truly go above and beyond for your clients and it is not unnoticed!! It truly meant so much to me during a difficult time! I will never forget all that you and your team have done for me! I am so happy to have found a comfortable friendly and just an out of this world Dental practice! You guys are the best! Thank you so much for all that you guys do each and everyday❤️
I have thoroughly enjoyed going here. Dr. Appiah was phenomenal!! Best customer service I have ever had. The assistant and all the office were amazing and helpful. I went today for a cleaning with Courtney and she was just as amazing. Any reviews not 5s, must have been before the current staff. Thanks for all you guys do!
I really love the staff here. They get you in and out and on time. That's a HUGE deal for me with Dr. offices.
I kick myself in the butt. I should have done all my research before I let anyone treat something as serious as my mouth. I lost a lot of money, time I can never get back, & I am in pain. Unfortunately, this practice cares more about money than the actual welfare of their patients. Similar to previous post / reviews they want to makeup extra work in your mouth to be done for the $$$. Then they like to set-up that huge bill as a “payment plan” & deduct payment before all your work is even completed. They charge the insurance & rob the patient. Lastly, the staff does not know what their doing & there are long wait times to be seen, even though you have an appointment.
Quite honestly the only word I can possibly use to describe this practice is: Phenomenal!
