I recently switched to Dr Maxwell when I started getting frustrated with scheduling appointments etc w my old dentist. I cannot believe how amazing the entire staff is. From the very first person that you see when you walk in , to the dental assistants, hygienists and the Dr himself you will have an excellent experience. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and the staff seems to be overly educated in every area that you instantly feel comfortable. The innovative technology is a lot more high tech than in my last Dentists office making the procedures much less scary , a LOT more detailed and informative and definitely less painful. I broke my crown needed a new one and my insurance was going to change to a plan that wouldn't cover near as much as the one I had. Dr Maxwell let me stay in the office that day so he could do the repair in between appointments so it wouldn't cost me additional fees. The staff made sure I was comfortable and that my experience was perfect. I have nothing but amazing things to say about every single person in this office. I have now switched my entire family of 6 over to his practice. I highly recommend this practice!

Terribly disappointed with my last visit. Total visit took two and a half hours for NOTHING to be done. I understand the insurance is an important part. However, it's misleading when I am told that you can still see me and replace my crown for $56, to then wait another hour in the chair before being seen, and when you finally do, that the cost will be $1550! My time is as valuable as yours. I would have rather be told upfront about the delays and the cost. I now have my insurance issue resolved but I will NOT be returning to Renew Dentisty and in fact I will ensure all of my family and friends know about the lack of customer service that your office displays. It's very apparent that you only care about the money and NOT about your clients. I along with my family will be going to another dentist.
Best Dentist I have ever had. Makes visiting the dentist a pleasure. The whole team always goes above and beyond to exceed their customer expectations. Dr Maxwell is a model professional. Up to speed on all the latest approaches to provide the best treatment.
