Dr. Doan and her staff were so friendly, patient and kind with my kids. My 4 year old son has anxiety and they were so wonderful with him that for the first ever he was screaming or being bear hugged to get his exam done. Clean and super cute office that made my kids actually excited to see the dentist! We will definitely be sticking with Dr. Doan in the future!
This office is absolutely awesome. They are so friendly, kind and professional. They take the time to make sure your questions are answered and make the experience as pleasant as possible. They go above and beyond to ensure that you have a great experience. The office is extremely clean and fun for the kids. You can tell they take great pride in the office and their work! You won't be disappointed. Dr. Doan even made our daughter a balloon animal herself after the appointment.
I was taking my son to the dentist. I was arguably more nervous than he was. The front desk was so kind and helpful! AND Dr. Doan personally walked me they the office and then sat down and explained what was happening during the visit. The office is amazing - but the service and care is what will bring us back! My 7 years old son had to get a procedure done. We chose this practice based on the great reviews. So glad we did! Dr. Doan was great about communicating to me and my son what she would be doing. She checked in with me and my son about any questions we may have had before, during and after the procedure. She was very calming and child-friendly, and talked throughout the procedure with my son. She made the equipment as well as the process not seem scary AT ALL! She has great bedside manners and talks with you - not at you. Before we even realized, she was done. We had a great experience here and would definitely recommend her! The front desk girls are very nice as well...
I'm not going to lie, I've been struggling to find my son a dentist after our last experience. Reviews made this place seem to good to be true. Not the case!!! Dr. Doan and her staff are amazing, and I feel so lucky to have found them. My 5 yr old had to have a procedure today and after we left he told me he couldn't wait to go back to the dentist. They make the children and parents comfortable and at ease. There is a wonderful option to watch your child's procedure via iPad, as some children do better without parents in the room. She is conservative also and isn't trying to take all your money. This business is what pediatric and community health is all about! People looking out for one another. I will never take my child to another dentist. If she ever moves I'm selling my house and following her. Lol. Just kidding, but they truly are the best! And major kudos to their interior decorator. ;)
